Creator Attribution (Our Promise) * **Full Credit: Every featured capture will always be credited with your preferred artist name/handle and direct links to your designated social media profile or portfolio. * **Non-Commercial Integrity:** GamerVision will never sell prints, digital downloads, or commercial merchandise featuring your captures without your explicit, prior written consent. ### C. Game Publisher & Developer Disclaimer * All underlying video game visuals, character designs, trademarks, assets, and engine artwork remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective game developers and publishers (e.g., Sony Interactive Entertainment, Ubisoft, CD Projekt Red, etc.). * GamerVision is an independent, non-commercial community project created to celebrate in-game photography as an art form under fair use principles and community guidelines. ### D.
